THE BUILD / THREE PARTS OF ONE SYSTEM

A controller.
A node. A flock.

Build the controller that brings it together. Bring one panel to life.
Then choose the shape and scale of your swarm.

01

The controller

Build, flash and commission the Korvo touchscreen host.

HARDWARE · ENCLOSURE · FIRMWARE · ROSTER
02

A single panel

Pair a HUB75 matrix with its own ESP32, then flash and verify it.

PANEL · ESP32 · MEMORY · FIRST LIGHT
03

Assemble the swarm

Choose a layout, calculate its power needs and bring the nodes together.

WHY SIXTEEN?

Our reference build is a 4×4 arrangement: enough variation in behaviours to approximate a real swarm. The physical idea is modular — rows, columns, clusters or another combination. Sixteen is a research choice, not a rule about the shape.

The current controller implementation uses a 16-node roster and 4×4 interface. Different sizes may need firmware and interface changes. The power calculator can explore larger arrangements without claiming they are supported by the current code.
